Guest Check-In Service:
Allow me to be the point of contact for your guests by choosing my Check-In service. This includes:
- communicating with guests prior to their arrival
- meeting them at the property with a warm welcome
- providing them with a tour of their new accommodation and showing them how the appliances work, where to park etc.
- providing them with a set of keys and a Welcome Letter with all the relevant property details
- giving them some tourist tips of what to do around the local area
Pricing: $80 (includes being on call for your guests if they have any questions about your property)
I will ensure that the property is stocked of all essentials (toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, cleaning product, cleaning cloths, coffee, tea, milk and sugar) - $50. (Price includes all standard products)
Create a wonderful first impression by leaving your guests a welcome gift. I can arrange for a bottle of wine, some chocolates or flowers to be left out for your guests upon check-in. This service is available for $30 and is only available when combined with our Guest Check-In service.
You can choose to list me as the point of contact in case of an emergency. This includes accidental lock-outs, loss of keys, electrical or plumbing issues etc. I will deal with the issue at hand and provide your guests with the assistance required. I will manage the entire process for you, including procuring quotes and finding the best professional to deal with the issue at hand, and ensure that you are well informed throughout the entire process.
Pricing: A fee will only be charged should my services be required.
Lock-out and basic call out fee: $50 if access is needed into property due to misplaced keys, or if a new set of keys is required. Please note that I require 3 sets of keys to be left with me for your property. (You can claim this cost from the tenant's bond.)
If your guests need assistance in any way that requires me to go to the property a $50 + call out fee will be charged accordingly.
Emergency contact fee: $150 (This fee covers my time in assessing the situation, getting quotes, communicating the issues with you and keeping your guests informed.
Please note that permission and payment from host will be required before any works can be actioned.
* These charges can be passed on to your guests where applicable.
Peace of mind Check-Out Service:
This service can be added onto an end of stay or turnover clean and it entails a check your home for any damages. I will also let you know in what state your property was left in so that an accurate review can be left of your guests on the Airbnb site. A report and photo's will be sent to you via email/text or WhatsApp. This service will give you peace of mind!
(Please note that this entails looking at all large items such as furniture and major appliances for theft or breakage which can affect the bond agreement. All smaller items will need to be checked by the host, and Carebnb is not responsible or liable for any damages done or theft that has occurred).
Pricing: $40 added onto final Airbnb or Turnover clean cost
Carebnb will co-host your account at no extra cost should you choose to use our cleaning and management services. We will advise and assist on all matters relating to your account but please note that the final say as to whom is accepted as guests in your home remains with you.
